We could not be happier with Eliseo and Midtown Stucco Repair! First and foremost, their quality of work is INCREDIBLE. I am a perfectionist and there is almost always something I notice and have to ‘live with’ after construction is completed – not in this case! I was in awe of how beautiful our stucco fireplace turned out and there is not one single thing that isn’t done to perfection! Eliseo responded to our initial inquiry promptly (which I believe was on a weekend) and came out immediately to our home for a quote. They started the job very quickly – and the job was no small task! We have a two-story fireplace that had very large stones and they removed all of it, as well as the fireplace unit, while being extremely thoughtful and careful of our floors and surroundings. They then had to build out where the new open fireplace would be, as well as a hearth. Eliseo worked with me to give me multiple samples of stucco colors and texture options so that I could see it in my space before choosing. He was also incredibly patient with us as we had delays from other trades that pushed their work back, sometimes on very short notice. He never once made us feel bad about the situation and always worked with our schedule getting back in as soon as possible. The team was nothing but utmost professional and I could have found someone more skilled at their trade. Our fireplace is absolutely gorgeous!! The texture is so organic and beautiful – exactly what we were going for. The pictures are before we’ve had the mantel added and the paint repair completed – I’ll update the pictures when the job is complete. But, we didn’t want to wait another day to spread the referral for this business!
