Elisio and his son did a wonderful job on repairing the stucco cracks on the front of my house. After the job, it seems like the cracks were never there and the paint match was a 100%. He is the best person to hire in KC area for all stucco repairs and to top that, he has an excellent demeanor. His prices are very reasonable too.
We discovered water damage to our home which involved extensive stucco repair. Wanted to make sure that we had a repair done which was not to be seen as a quick fix or a patch. As a home owner you always hope you are hiring the right contractor for the job. Well, we have no complaints, Eliseo was always prompt to reply when we had questions and was most knowledgeable and professional with assuring us that we would have a detailed and professional repair done. Our main concern was to have repairs done quickly but not carelessly, and to prevent any further damage as to a delay. Eliseo was able to get us scheduled quickly which was very nice. Work was done safely with use of scaffolding. Attention to detail was of highest standards and the textured stucco matches perfectly. Midtown stucco initially didn’t show up and I was disappointed. However, they reached back out was able to come to my house and give me a bid, as well as discount the bid. I appreciate their willingness to follow up and to try and make things right.

Eliseo is a pro and midtown stucco repair is great! I have a 100 year old house that had a bead-board wall over the former back corner door area. Eliseo came over quick for an estimate and suggested foam board insulation below the stucco since there was such a wall height difference between the original stucco and the bead board wall in place. I appreciated this suggestion since it helps with heating and cooling too. I received a quick, fair bid and was added to the schedule. When the day came Eliseo worked with me on potential weather issues and knocked out all the work in one day. Since I was painting myself, he was super patient and answered all questions to ensure I wouldn’t screw anything up. Everything looks beautiful after a coat of paint and I’m beyond happy with the finished product. Midtown and Eliseo are my stucco contacts for any future exterior repairs on my house. Thanks!
These guys are great. Very pleasant and professional in everything they do. Plaster holes got fixed inside, and stucco holes got fixed outside. Also helped with exposed wood and wood rot.
This is a great company to work with. I had water damage on an exterior wall which was rebuilt by another contractor who wasn't able to do the stucco work. Eliseo applied the stucco so that it matches the rest of the wall and looks great. He also applied stucco over the flashing on the roof to prevent water from eventually penetrating the caulk on the flashing, applied stucco to several cracks on the house and repaired some wood rot. He's very friendly, courteous, responsive, knowledgeable and explains everything well. And, very importantly, he showed up when he said he would and cleaned up the work site every day! I would highly recommend Midtown Stucco.
Great service, I replaced a one piece bathtub/shower with 4 piece shower kit and hired Midtown Stucco to do the Sheetrock and mud work. Eliseo did an outstanding job, he had to mud some very uneven surfaces that were off by as much as an 1/2" that wasn't his fault. Very impressed with the finished work. Also great with working with our schedule and a very nice guy.

I had some stucco damage after that nasty cold snap and went with Midtown Stucco because of all the good reviews - Eliseo seems to stay busy but it was worth the wait. He is really knowledgeable and nice to work with, and the repairs look even better than I’d hoped! Highly recommend.

I was referred to Midtown Stucco by my neighbor. We had similar problems with water leaking in around the windows. I had multiple contractor's come to the house and they were not able to figure out the problem. Eliseo knew exactly what to do. He did an excellent job. He was very honest and explained everything. He does what is right and doesn't cut any corners. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again. I was very impressed and satisfied with his company.
I was really impressed with their work. They covered up a whole in my stucco when we downsized a window. Team arrived on time and finished the job quickly. You can't even tell the area has been repaired, everything matches perfectly.
This was the only stucco company out of the handful that I reached out to who responded to me quickly and gave me a very reasonable price. Great company to work with. Clear written bid, very responsive and timely, and reasonably priced. Good communication and very easy to talk to. They also go the extra mile. I had some stucco fall off my chimney. They couldn't do the work for several weeks because of previous commitments but were willing to come by and tarp the exposed brick to prevent leaks into my house while we waited. The work itself was excellent, good enough that my painters asked for their card to hire them themselves. Perfect match to my existing texture.

I had 6 outdoor flower box holders removed from my stucco house. Removed boxes and repaired the stucco and repainted. Great job, efficient, responsive and pleased with the work. I would have them again.
They came and replaced some wood root around my window and repaired some stucco around it. Completed the work in less time that quoted. After a month window is doing well and the water is no longer coming in .

I’ve owned five homes in four cities across two states, and four of the homes were built in the 1920s-40s and needed a good deal of love and care. By far, Eliseo is the best contractor and repair person with whom I have worked. Fast to follow up and great about communicating, he gave us an overly fair, affordable bid for repairing or replacing 60% of the stucco on our house and for adding window flashings. On the first day of work, he started uncovering what turned out to be a hidden, undisclosed wood rot nightmare: the majority of the house’s frame and portions of the sill plate were rotted; and the previous owner and his contractor had installed the new windows, window frames, and drywall directly onto the rotted wood. The house had little to no insulation, either. Eliseo not only stuck with us but went above and beyond: he moved and worked around other jobs to reframe the house, add new insulation, completely redo the window flashing, redo the majority of the stucco, and repaint most of the house. In fact, he went so far as to fix garage floor concrete and other issues that came up for no extra charge. It was not an easy job because of the extremely poor work of the previous owner and contractor–work that we could not afford to redo after uncovering the wood rot. Eliseo was the utmost professional in navigating the dynamics between us and the sellers who had originally agreed to pay for part of the repairs before backing out. He always kept us updated on what he was finding, let my work-from-home husband know if it was going to be an especially noisy day, and had an actual conversation about how to proceed with repairs. He worked with us, not just for us. Because of Eliseo, our house now looks like the pictures we saw on real estate websites when we were buying: the walls are straight and smooth, and friends say it looks like a new house. He guarantees his work and will repair cracks as they surface (an unfortunate reality, given Kansas City’s weather and soil). We wish Eliseo could be our general contractor for everything and plan to work with him for interior repairs. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
My husband and I couldn't have been more pleased with Eliseo and the rest of his crew. After what was a nightmare of a remodel, Midtown Stucco was the shining light reminding us there really are honest, hardworking businesses in this industry. We found them by chance through a Google search after the original stucco guys flaked out leaving us in a bind. Eliseo came out the week we contacted them to give us a bid and to see the scope of work. He showed up on time with a reasonable bid. This was unheard of in our reality! Almost too good to be true. After a little back and forth due to weather and us having covid they were able to begin work. They did some stucco work on our fireplace and interior walls within the kitchen. They also repaired the stucco around the new windows on the exterior of our home. My interior turned out beautiful, I posted pictures of my fireplace and kitchen within the photo section if one is compelled to see the finished product. The exterior seems like it is the way it should be (I'm not real handy but my husband said it was done well!) I wish Eliseo was a remodel contractor. I would hire in a second to run our next project. He was awesome and didn't find my artistic vision crazy. I truly appreciate him, his son and the rest of his team. Thank you so much for helping my vision come to life.

I had some areas of cracked stuck on the outside of my house which led to water getting in and causing some wood rot. Eliseo came out and fixed everything. Stripped the chimney stucco and woodrot, reframed the exterior, redid the stucco AND repainted the exterior. His work was very high quality and he was a pleasure to work with! Great job! Fair price! Nice, professional folks! What started out as repairing "some flashing and small cracks" per an inspection company recommendation turned into nearly an entire chimney replacement. Obviously, I was not thrilled to have to do the work unexpectedly, but the rot was obvious and extensive and Eliseo kept me informed and up to date with pictures of what I could not see for myself. The team was very thorough and so professional and nice. He did a great job at a very reasonable price for what they had to do. They also worked me in after and around other projects as well as weekends since mine went from a one day to a four day job. I am very pleased with the stucco work and the company and would highly recommend them.
