I have honestly never met a more reputable business man in Mr. Solis. He was quick to come out to give us bid from what a couple of window replacement companies told us was bad stucco and wood rot in our upper tudor that was causing a window to leak during severe thunderstorms. When he came to fix it, he pulled the cedar it was not rotten and the stucco was structurally good. The caulking on the beam had failed after 36 years. He even videod taped what he saw for reassurance. He was also able to replace a cedar porch pole that the based had rotten out sitting in water. He paint matched and did the job less than anticipated. A refreshing experience working with someone trustworthy.
