Outdoor spaces take a beating over time. Between the weather, algae, and general buildup, even a well-kept property can start looking dingy without you really noticing - until you do. That's usually when we get the call.
This property had a large rear patio, a grand staircase leading down to a pool area, and a two-story stucco exterior that had picked up a solid layer of grime. The dark streaking running down the stucco columns and along the balustrades was hard to miss up close. The patio surface had discoloration across the tile joints, and the landing at the base of the stairs had some pretty heavy staining sitting on it.
We power washed the full area - patio deck, stairs, landing, and the stucco exterior surfaces. With stucco especially, you have to be careful about pressure and technique. Too aggressive and you risk damaging the finish or forcing water behind the surface. We know how stucco behaves, so we adjusted our approach accordingly to get it clean without causing problems down the road.
The difference was real. The stucco went from streaked and dark to clean and bright. The tile on the patio came back to its natural color. The whole space looked like it was ready to actually be used again - which is exactly the point. A good power wash on a property like this isn't just about looks. It also lets you see the true condition of your stucco and exterior surfaces, which matters if repairs or maintenance are on your radar.
Whether it's a patio, a pool deck, or a stucco exterior that needs attention, regular cleaning goes a long way toward keeping things in good shape and protecting your investment.
